Shipping & Returns

Returns

Challenge Weighted Workoutwear (CWW) will issue a refund on unused items purchased from us with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and returned to CWW within 60 days at the customer’s expense. For returns through Amazon or other sites, please contact the reseller point of purchase to start. *Orders placed from November 1st- December 31st have an extended return period of 30 days

Please initiate your return request by calling us at 858-538-2316 to receive authorization and additional instructions. You will be asked to provide the date of your original order, so please have this information available. If no one is available or the line is busy, please leave a phone number where you can be reached. Items must be returned to CWW in good saleable condition and if possible in original packaging prior to the returned product being refunded. To receive a full refund, all weights must be included in the return.

Please allow 7 business days for refund processing once returned item is received by Challenge Weighted Workoutwear.  

*Sales and promotions are not retroactive.  Discounts may not be combined and coupons are valid on full price items only.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t yet received a refund first, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Because no two people are built exactly the same size, Challenge Weighted Workoutwear (CWW) offers a 30-day customer satisfaction policy. 

We will issue an exchange on unused items with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and returned to us within 60 days at the customer’s expense.  Exchange items will not be shipped by CWW until the returned item has been received.  For exchanges through Amazon or other sites, please contact reseller point of purchase to start. *Orders placed from November 1st- through December 31st may have an extended return period of 30 days.

Items must be returned to Challenge Weighted Workoutwear in saleable condition and if possible in original packaging prior to the exchange product being shipped back to you.  

Exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be sent via a trackable method via FedEx, UPS or United States Post Office. Please allow 7 business days for refund processing and up to 10 days to receive exchanged items once returned item is received.

Shipping

To return a product, the customer should mail product to: Challenge Weighted Workoutwear   -    12840 War Horse St., San Diego, CA, USA,  92129.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that customer's refund. 

Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.
