Shipping & Returns


Challenge Weighted Workoutwear offers a 30-day return policy for purchases made from and shipped in the USA. Call before returning in order to get authorization. Returns will be inspected upon reception and a refund will be processed to the credit card number you provided.

The product must be in original condition along with all 16 weights.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t yet received a refund first, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For exchanges, please take out the weights first before returning the product. Shipping to us is at customer expense. Customers can pick up a free 9.5” x 12.5” priority mail padded envelope from the post office, then carefully fold the vest and insert. To return a product, the customer should mail product to: Challenge Weighted Workoutwear   -    12840 War Horse St., San Diego, CA, USA,  92129.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that customer's refund. 

Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.
