How long should I wear the vest?

That's up to you! Some customers wear it for 20-30 minutes during their morning routine. Others keep it on for hours. The weight is comfortable enough for extended wear, and the longer you move in it, the more benefit you get.

Can I do my home workout videos wearing it?

Absolutely! The vest is perfect for home workout routines, yoga, pilates, light strength training, dance workouts. It adds resistance to whatever you're already doing. Because weights might move depending upon the fit if you are upside down, we suggest avoiding inverted poses with the leggings.

What if I just want to wear it around the house?

That's exactly the point. Every step you take while wearing the vest or the weighted leggings counts as resistance training. It’s the natural way to tone and burn calories on your terms. No "workout" required.

Is it comfortable enough to wear while sitting?

Yes, but you'll get the most benefit from wearing it during movement. The magic happens when you're walking, stretching, and moving around. That said, some customers wear it during standing desk work.

Can I sleep in it?

While our vests are probably the only ones you COULD fall asleep in, we don't recommend sleeping in them. They are designed for movement during waking hours. Put it on when you wake up, take it off when you're done for the day.
