The Fitness Pro should fit snugly without restricting breathing or arm movement. Distribute the weights evenly side to side and front and back to promote optimal balance and safety. The weights will not gather, shift or pinch even with dynamic movement.

How to Measure

- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms
- Fit Preference: For maximum stability during any dynamic movements, choose the size where your chest measurement falls in the middle of the range

How to Wear & Customize Your Weight

- Distribute Weight Thins™ evenly between front and back pockets
- Test your movement and ensure full range of motion before training
- Progress gradually, add more weight as movements feel controlled and stable

Care Instructions

Washing

- Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
- Remove all Weight Thins™ before washing
- Use mild detergent; avoid fabric softener
- Wash with similar colors

Drying

- Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Do not hang dry (may stretch waistband)
- Do not iron

Weight Thins™ Care

- Wipe clean with damp cloth as needed
- Air dry completely before reinserting
- Store flat to maintain shape

Post-Workout

- Air out vest after intense sessions before storing
- Store with weights removed for long-term storage
- Hang in ventilated area or lay flat
